She's an army veteran, a Russian linguist, and a former prosecutor who became a passionate advocate for Constitutional concerns. This is KrisAnne's second appearance on the Lions of Liberty Podcast. On today's episode we focus on the Cox and Kettler Second Amendment case in Kansas. Shane Cox and Jeremy Kettler of Kansas were essentially arrested and sentenced to prison for following a Kansas state law (Second Amendment Protection Act) and violating federal law at the same time. This case is incredibly important and KrisAnne does a phenomenal job of explaining every detail. Additionally, in this episode we discuss Donald Trump's Immigration Executive Order, marijuana nullification at the state level, Jeff Sessions and much more!

Electric Libertyland Ep. 7: Trump Makes an Asset Forfeiture of Himself

282. Dr. Jordan B. Peterson

In today's episode of Lions of Liberty, Marc welcomes in professor of psychology, clinical psychologist, and highly requested guest by fans of the show, Dr. Jordan B. Peterson! Dr. Peterson has made headlines recently over his refusal to use prescribed gender pronouns in his classroom at the University of Toronto, finding himself in direct conflict with "Social Justice Warriors" and, quite possibly, Canadian law.

  • How Dr. Peterson's curiosity over why human beings enter into violent conflict led to his pursuit of the field of psychology.

Felony Friday 058 - Is it a Crime for Protesters to Block an Ambulance?

On today's episode of Felony Friday host John Odermatt is joined by frequent Lions of Liberty Podcast contributor J.B. Lubin. This is J.B.'s third appearance on Felony Friday, he previously appeared on episode 12 and 24. John and J.B. kicked off the show by discussing an app a lawyer developed to help felons get convictions expunged. Next, they evaluated legislation in Virginia that would automatically suspend elected officials upon felony conviction and a former felon who became a prosecutor. Finally, John and J.B. wrap up the show by playing the fastest growing criminal justice game show "Is this a Crime and Should Anyone Do Time." It is during this segment where John and J.B. disagree on whether or not it is a crime for protesters to block traffic.
