Yo ho ho and a bottle of Liberty! It's that time of year again, when we partake in some holiday cheer and adult beverages for our annual "Naughty or Nice" special! In the show Marc is joined by Rico, Brian and Odie to cast judgment upon various figures in the political world and whether they were "naughty" or "nice" for liberty in 2017. After dishing out a few easy "Nice" awards, we get into a few more contentious characters such as LP Chairman Nicholas Sarwark, "reformer" Saudi Prince Alwaleed, Gary Johnson, Joe Rogan, Ajit Pai, Rand Paul and of course, the POTUS himself, Donald Trump. Enjoy this tipsy look back at the biggest names in politics and liberty for the last year!

On today's show, Marc is joined by Connor Drigotas, founder of the Better Money PAC, which aims to help political candidates who support their three tenets of support for cryptocurrencies, free markets and financial responsibilitity. Conner describes how hearing a certain libertarian Presidential candidate speak turned him onto the ideas of liberty (and it might surprise you which one!) and how his experience at an End the Fed rally inspired him to create the Better Money PAC. Conner and Marc discuss the importance of cryptocurrencies and the political challenges they are facing, why the massive $20 Trillion in debt should be seen as a grave danger, and Conner answers critics who oppose political action as antithetical to the ideas of liberty.

On today's episode Marc is joined by the very first guest to ever appear on Lions of Liberty way back in episode 1 - libertarian legal theorist and author Stephan Kinsella! Stephan answers the quesiton Marc failed to ask in that episode of just how he first became interested in libertarian ideas and went on to become a proponent of Hans-Hermann Hoppe's "Argumenation Ethics." Marc and Stephan go on to discuss the theory - where it originated from, what it entails, and why Stephan believes it to be a superior justification for libertarian private property ethics - moreso than natural rights or utlilitarian/consequentialist ethics.

Enjoy this deep dive into libertarian philosophy!

On today's episode, Marc moderates a conversation between former Libertarian Party VP candidate Judd Weiss - John McAfee's VP Pick - and Charles Peralo, former 2016 candidate for LP chairmanship and co-founder of BeingLibertarian.com. This show is a follow-up to my interview with Judd Weiss in episode 290, and the two libertarian activists go back and forth about the veracity of Judd's accusations of shenanigans and tomfoolery on behalf of the Johnson campaign - including claims that the Johnson campaign stacked the convention with phony delegates, paid for hotels and flights in exchange for votes, seemingly large payment to campaign manager Ron Nielson, and more!

This is a lively conversation you're not going to want to miss!
