On today's episode of Electric Libertyland, Brian McWilliams gives a little extra love to our listeners to make up for last week's shortened show, taking on a variety of topics solo before welcoming in Lions of Liberty's touted legal expert "Rico" to break down the puzzling and infuriating decision from the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled that "military style" weaponry may not be owned by private citizens.
Other topics on today's lineup include: the Day Without a Woman Strike and the terrorists behind it, the Oscars, CPAC, Jewish cemetery vandalism, Trump's speech to Congress, French whining about their democratic system, and the confusing state of affairs regarding state's rights and marijuana.

On today's show host John Odermatt was joined by Brian Engelman of The New American Media. Brian is the founder of The New American Media and the host of the internet radio shows Agree to Disagree and The Unhappy Hour. Brian is no stranger to the Lions of Liberty podcast. He's appeared on a few past episodes hosted by Marc Clair. Brian Engelman first appeared way back on Episode 18, in the early days of the Lions of Liberty Podcast. Brian also joined Marc on Episode 47 in August of 2014.
John and Brian kicked things off by discussing a little sports, specifically the Cleveland Cavaliers historic run to a NBA title (Brian's from Cleveland, we appeased him.) Then John and Brian shift the conversation to some very serious topics centering around the tragic shootings involving police that have been dominating the news cycle the past few weeks and wrapped the show up by playing the fastest growing podcast game show, Is this a Crime and Should Anyone do Time?
Here's links to everything John and Brian talked about:
- Cleveland Browns running back Isaiah Crowell posted an illustration of a police officer getting his neck slashed by a hooded man
- Footage of Alton Sterling shooting appears to show gun
- It Looks Like the Media May Have Bought a False Narrative in Philando Castile Shooting - Author is two time Felony Friday guest John Ziegler (FF08 & FF14)
- How the Dallas Police Used an Improvised Killer Robot to Take Down the Gunman
- Conservative blogger Michael Strickland arrested after drawing gun at Black Lives Matter protest
- This Good Samaritan Was Billed After Helping a Family in a Car Crash
*Bonus - Check out the video in this article that The New American Media recorded from the Republican National Convention. This video was featured in a Breitbart story, which was the lead story on Drudge last Tuesday.

On today's episode of Felony Friday host John Odermatt is joined by frequent Lions of Liberty podcast contributor Rico. Rico may keep his name anonymous, but he is no stranger to the Lions of Liberty audience. Like a South American soccer player, Rico only needs one name. Lions of Liberty fans know Rico well from Presidential Debate Recap shows and the always popular Libertarians in Living Rooms Drinking Liquor. This is Rico's second appearance on Felony Friday. He first appeared way back on Episode 11, where we talked about the legal troubles of Pawns Stars reality show personality Chumlee, a stealing IHOP waiter and much more.
John and Rico kicked the show off by talking about the Orlando shooting and the lefts' attempt to ban guns from those on the government's secret "No fly list." As the show continues John and Rico discussed some police officers who received some preferential treatment from the criminal justice system. The show wrapped up with John and Rico playing America's fastest growing podcast game show "Is this a Crime and Should Anyone Do Time?"
