In this episode of the Lions of Liberty Podcast, host Marc Clair welcomes back resident Rand Paul analyst Brian McWilliams for another edition of “Rand Pauluses and Minuses!”, where they take a look at the comings and goings of the quasi-libertarian Presidential candidate.
Brian and Marc wade right into the ample #Randypants news from the past two weeks, discussing his recent polling boost, the "memo heard round the political world" from the Rand camp, and examine some bold statements Rand made about discrimination against the gays in the work place. Following that comes the fun of reliving the epic livestream event Paul undertook while on the road, during which the now legendary "idiots in the Republican Party" quote was uttered. Rounding out the episode, Brian and Marc touch on Rand's nonconformist statements about Syria, and how "there's nothing cool about Socialism."
Tune in for these topics and more with a dash of incredibly random pop culture references tossed in for good measure.
